  • @airsoftcrazy1313..... No my uncle doesn't play baseball anymore but, if you do wanna see his own staduim it's in east chicago i think.

  • he said in an interveiw that hes in the best shape of his life and the only reason hes not playin is because nobody wants a 40 sometin year old centerfeilder

  • Hard to believe with all the playoff experience he had that he never won a ring. I bet he could still bring it if he decided to come back. The art of base stealing is lost - I'll put my money on a 50 year old Kenny Lofton to steal me second base over the juicers out there now.

  • Dude, he was good in 1999 and broke his body. It's 2010 (2008 last reply), so he's done. He's out.

I still can't forget the slide that broke him though. That was a tough game all around. The beating from the Sox was enough, but to have Lofton hurt just ruined it.

Find some open source music for this stuff. I hate pictures, but it'd be tolerable with music.

  • i remember kenny lofton on the wayans brothers. Ken griffey jr. almost went to the world series but lost to clev. in 6 with the mariners, do u remember that pivotal game 5 against the yankees buck showalters last year as manager, my friend went to the game in the kingdome, i heard every yankee signed autographs jorge posada was a complete asshole. i luv randy johnson the big unit, glad he won with the d-backs not those damn yankees. money doesnt always buy rings look at the 03 marlins.

  • I'd rather be 0-2 in the World Series than 0-0.

  • i luv jaimee moyer, man i think hes 47 and still pitching thats just fucking crazy and incredible. talk about great conditioning. clemens was pitching at 45 with the yankees.

  • you are right about that, but let me ask you a question would you rather not go to the world series and come up short, david justice ruined it in game 6 in the 95 world series, spezio ruined it in game 6 in 2002, sometimes its better not to go to a championship, look at the buffalo bills my favorite team in football they lost 4 straight superbowls, andre beebe had to go to Green Bay to win a superbowl.

  • lol, he didn't make the Rangers or Dodgers any better when he was there. You feel bad for the guy, but how many people never even got a chance to play in a World Series and were better than Lofton? Griffey Jr, Andre Dawson, Ernie Banks, Lee Smith, Phil Niekro, Chuck Finley, etc. Lofton's speed made him a valuable asset to teams in the hunt for October. He was a spare part added to a bunch of different machines. It's not bullshit, it's baseball.

  • you got me there regarding teddy williams. but remember tell me what team has lofton not made a little better, its bullshit that u can get that many opportunities in life at a chance to win the big one, how many close but no cigars, it seems shit hits the fan for lofton everywhere he went, reggie sanders game 6 3-run home run fan interference, game 6 nlcs moises alou fan interference, too bad lofton was not with alou on the marlins instead of the braves in 1997. lofton can hit, run, and steal.
