as a new york city skyline native, in bergen county, new jersey (stomping grounds of these fine music men lol), i was in high school as FLO was at their writing; seeing them at cool beans and other assorted small venues in the area, buying their t-shirts and band patches back in 2002... well, glad to say they still haven't left my heart about a decade later. they are a big part of my coming to age, and a big part of why i am the person i am today. we live in an intense age in an intense place
