That's it--just bid the planet away for more filthy fossil fuel. The human species is truly insane. Hard Rains are gonna fall. Unfortunately, as the human species goes (as it should) it will take most other species with it. It will take many thousands of years for the Earth to cleanse itself of the radioactive filth, the oil, & other poisons this species leaves behind.
