  • @3terminatorgr I think you are mistaken. My sensei demonstrated the same technique on me (2nd) and It is good technique... try it.

  • @xstillfly strike the elbow joint first, there are two pressure points on the top of the forearm right by the elbow, then you can go into a throat strike.
