wow I had no idea you can toast nuts on a stove! That's rly neat cuz I usually see ppl use oven and I don't like doing that cuz it takes a lot of electricity to toast it there.
so is this like banana bread? or muffins?

Hi, anytime I use bananas on a cupcake recipe it comes out bready like muffins, I made the most delicious banana muffins trying to make banana cupcakes. Any tips or reasons why this could be happening??? Thanks!

@cesinesss Bananas are so moist that they cause the batter to be denser than most cakes. You could use less banana and the cake would be lighter, but then you lose that great banana flavor! I suppose you try using an artificial banana flavoring to get the flavor and the lightness you're looking for. -Cindy

I made this recipe yesterday as a Birthday present to a friend and yes it was a show stopper...... Thank you ..... .Do you have a Red Velvet cupcake recipe that is my next mission. Keep the Recipes coming.

@Ilovetv08 Yeah! I'm so happy to hear you're cupcakes were a success! I am sorry to say that I have not developed a recipe for Red Velvet Cake because I have an aversion to using all that red dye. I will promise to keep developing yummy cupcake recipes, though! -Cindy
