General info about this video: Mootstock is a gathering of friends who met online 1995 (and thereafter), through a mutual interest in JRR Tolkien and 'The Lord of the Rings' BOOKS. Over the past 15+ years these otherwise unlikely acquaintenances formed a special bond of friendship that is unlike any other friendships in our lives; unlike day-to-day friedns, or family or friends at work, this group has a rare understanding of of something that is strong and inexplicable to others. Our conversations and interactions are still laced with LOTR references, but we have grown into so much more than a Tolkien fan group. "Mootstock" is the name of our in-person gatherings that have occured in 1995,
'96, 2000, 2003, and 2010, plus several other "mini-Moots".
