Awesome swing tricks

We are not profesionals so our tricks may be a little sloppy.

We started doing backflips on the swings a week ago and started inventing new tricks. In the bloopers you can see that you might get hurt sometimes or you might fail learning a new trick, but its ok you will probably get the hang of it if you keep practicing like we did!

Im a girl and a complete scaredy cat, but I can do the front backflips, but pretty low. Anyone have tips on how to beat the fear and master these tricks?? (I just don't wanna get hurt or make a fool of myself..)

Great job, guys. Thanks for the slo-mo as it really helps break down the trick showing the exact release points.

I can do a forward back flip and am ready to add the reverse to my very limited repertoire. Thanks to your vid, I think I'm ready to give it a go.
