Chairs & Academic Administrators Management Program - The Academy for Academic Leadership CAAMP is a practical, hands-on, interactive experience that develops the core competencies required for effectively managing an academic department or academic program. Many administrative executives experience a need to improve their overall management and leadership skills as a prerequisite for continued growth and promotion. CAAMP includes many opportunities to achieve insights into ones leadership and interpersonal styles, so each participant can grow professionally and personally.
