CN's mainline local L504, consisting of Wisconsin Central GP40 #3000 light engine, is idling on the siding at downtown Waukesha to await a northbound road freight, which happens to have pure Norfolk Southern power! C40-9W NS 9182 and SD70 NS 2531 hammer across Arcadian Avenue with a long mixed manifest.
