lol i soloed these at 65 monk with chi blast setup. took awhile but yea still they not hard to kite ^^

PUP/DRG and send your puppet at a marid in casting range > recall it so it returns to you before it casts and repeat, keep running as the puppets casting doesnt get interupted by movement only being hit; when a chigoe spawns Jump on it; if you miss get your puppet to nuke

Was the Guarding Torque really worth it over the Evasion Torque? I mean what is the sense of guarding an attack when you could just evade it all together?

I've done it with either. My Guarding Skill is somewhere in the 150's, and I was mainly using it to help maybe get a skillup in Guard. Otherwise, you're right, I'd generally use the Evasion Torque.
