  • ....... So the trigger itself is basically the Safety, right ???

Also do you carry the LCP, +1 or Israeli ???

  • Yeah the trigger itself is basically the safety. I don't carry plus 1 in it just because i use it as a pocket gun for a backup.

  • its a good-lookin weapon,

how r you on finding .380 ammo...

    which i hear is scarce..!

  • it's very hard to find 380 ammo. The only thing i've found lately is Blazer Brass Aluminum case ammo. I have yet to find 380 hollowpoint at all so it kind of sucks having this gun to carry cause i can't find any defensive loads for it.

  • I just picked mine up today and put 100 rounds of win. Target though it had 1 fail to eject in the first 20 then it run great. Just waiting on my permit now. I love it!

  • Dude, I have both, the kel tec came out first....ruger copied, was sued, settled out of court, end of story. The parts interchange, the kel tec is the same.

  • Have you ever tried ordering ammo online?

  • exactly what i carry around with hollow points

darn good gun and packs a punch for how small it is

  • everyone should have an lcp on them, they are that comfortable, not saying you cant carry anything else, but i always carry this plus my primary

  • the 380 is a nato round , used in a lot of euro countrys

  • keltec copied it from Grandel.

  • .44 mag is overkill in the states. You hunting Kodiak or something?!? .357 is all that is needed. What do you need the .44 mag for? Deep penetration? Are you aiming at targets behind cinder blocks or something? Gotta hit that deer behind the tree from the mesozoic era? Or are you just one of those guys that thinks bigger is better? Just kidding man, .44 mags are awesome, too much IMO though

  • IMHO .357 mag is the most versatile cartridge ever developed. How many different handgun rounds do you know of that can kill a deer in a 75 meter range? (probably 100 meters) Not only that, but the low recoil, accuracy and range is unmatched. .357 is best, hands down!

  • .357 magnum is hardly a "noob" cartridge since it has the most energy of any handgun cartridge after .44 mag. .44 mag although incredibly powerful is not an ideal cartridge for a home defensive weapon given it's monsterous muzzle blast and recoil, much greater than .357 mag and would leave you blind and deaf within the confines of a home. If you miss, your follow up shot will be hell. To it's credit though, .44 mag is DEFINATELY a one shot stopper with proper shot placement.
