MISSION DESCRIPTION:

FTA is a mission made by the FTA Team in 2005. It simulates a small yet beatiful island called Kalighat, in which IA people called "cinks" live, and every cink has their own job, house and even vehicle.
You are one of these citizens: you start with a random house and 400 Kk (Kalighat "Krowns"), and you have to get a job in order to earn money. Then you'll be able to buy furniture, a car, another house...
This is my favourite OFP mission I've ever played. Liked it so much that I tried to modify some issues with no previous OFP-scripting experience before, so that it's possible to play in Multi-Player mode too, thus, now I'm looking for people who also likes FTA.

By the way, the songs used in the video are:

1) RX Bandits - Bring Our Children Home
2) Tera Melos - When Worms Learn To Fly

Both songs were downloaded for free in Omar Rodríguez-López Productions in an album released on-line which contained these and more songs from various artists. The music was put in the video after I had finished recording and editing the scenes, and it fitted extremely well by chance!

@romet747 Well, currently I don't think many people is playing this. In my case, I'm working on other projects. On the other hand, it can be played in MultiPlayer mode, although is still quite buggy (only player 1 can ride into vehicles I think).

Heh this is really funny, it was so many years ago when kucir and me created this mod, i really didn't expect to find it on youtube :-) Those were good times making all those script, it was just shame that flashpoint AI is so poor in driving car, i can remember that we had to completly recreate entire road system on Kalighat. I guess i should install ofp and try to play it again just for nostalgy ;-)

I must say big thank you to NiTuS14 for everything he is doing. I thought FTA is dead for last 5 years. If anyone enjoys it, than i'm happy :-)

OFP is best computer game ever anyway :-) (because it is not only game)

@Airbornerock I forgot to upload the new installer - it was ready from some weeks ago. Now those files won't be uninstalled nor installed if a newer version is already installed. I hope it helps!

@NiTuS14 their are two editorupgrade.pbos. One is 93kb and the other is in the hundreds. The installer removes the 100kb version when it should be in. If you remove that file (100kb) all the FTA objects are still their and you get errors when you use mission editor. It needs to stay.

@Airbornerock What file is it? If it's because of the FTA installer/uninstaller, I might could fix it...

@NiTuS14 I am taking that back. It won't mess your game up real bad. It's just the uninstall option doesn't add a file it should keep.
