NON STOP!!!!!!!!!! AT LEAST FOR 3 MINUTES! KEEP WORKING HARD!

@Furi3n Yea its not like she's not capable of doing a good pushup. I've found that a lotta ppl esp. women won't empty the tank doing it right cause their afraid they wont be able to finish. Slightly backwards logic but then again she might not know better. Overall tho not a bad job by her.

i maybe a bit late interval running ie run about 1 mile on the way sprint about 100m jog sprint and do about 10 times situps variouse types about 200 pressup about 100 sets of 10 or above and shadow boxing about 6 2min rounds or the lenght of rounds you are fighting keep your guard up this should be a good start you can do at home good luck in your first fight or if you already had it

cool video im in training to be a boxer and this helps alot what is muscle confussion?
-
what would you recommend if im going to start working out after like a year of being out of sports because of an injury?
Muscle confusion is changing up your exercise routine or exercises so your muscles do not plateau and no longer react to the movement. Instead of doing regular pushups all the time, try a pushup and twist to a side plank or lateral walking pushups. Thinking out of the box with your workout is more effective.

@alexiushale Thanks for the input. I have to agree with you. This is just one workout routine out of hundreds that can contribute to muscle confusion to avoid plateau. Most routines are in my DVD.

lol dude no offense but shes doing pushups wrongly lol u should get your chest and your back straight, whats shes doing is leaving her back up and all shes going down is only a little bit, those pushups are definitely not good. . .

I would have to agree. You wouldn't expect much for someone who just started working out intensely for two weeks. Considering the intensity of the intervals, she still finished the drill.
