@jennychan99 Romaji is just english letters. Not really much to learn. For instance, "pants" in Japanese is pronounced "zubon". If you write "zubon" on a piece of paper, that's romaji. So it's good you're learning hiragana :D

Are you serious??! "Us" poor Westerners? Why should another country have to revolve around the way we Westerners do things? If you dont like it, take another language which shares the Latin script. Or for a real challenge, learn Greek or Russian. Their writing system uses an alphabet like we do. Ive been learning Japanese for a long time and not once have I complained. Suck it up.
