according to me that particular sect should be the one closest to the Quran and the Sunnah..maybe Ahle Hadees, maybe Salafiyya, maybe Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jamaah or maybe the sect of Taliban which is Deobandi..

There is no such thing as 'legitimate sect', all sects are illegitimate..But the Prophet(pbuh) knew that even though ALLAH(swt) has prohibited it, the Muslims are bound to commit sin and create sects amongst themselves..
