@ATeamAnglers I think the driver pays too. Imagine the burden he'll have to go through for the rest of his life. He can never look at another child without being reminded about that painful moment.

Let's say only the jeep and pedestrians were involved in this and the driver just took off at same speed. There is no way in a million years this would have been the outcome. But the ad still gives a strong message.
