As an art librarian twenty years ago, it was almost impossible to find a specific image (like a picture of a cow) unless I remembered the book where I saw one last.
Now tools like tineye, shazam and snaptell make it easy to find and locate images, audio and books in ways I could not have dreamed early in my career.
