i dont get anything you just said except dont do crunches. haha

@444valencia Yeah, it's a weird thing. It tires you out in a way that is different from anything I have done before.
-
Thanks for that :-) I have tried the vacuuming a few times and it is interesting. It does feel strange and quite effective. I'll stick with it for sure and with other ab exercises as well and see how all techniques have an effect.

@444valencia Pretty much. I wouldn't say crunches are bad or ineffective. I use them because they work for me. But vacuums really link it all together. If you do this exercise, it will link together all of the lower body and help you perform at a much higher level.
-
So I am to take it that crunches and leg lifts DO give you awesome abs?
but doing these vacuum exercises as well are good for other muscle groups and other strength benefits.

@jessewazhere123 He's Hybrid!!!!!!!!!!
That's what he would say. Belizian.
I'm a huge mix. I used to call myself a mutt, but he told me I was a hybrid. It's a good thing.
Totally changed the way I think and gave me a great outlook on myself. Much love!

@444valencia There is a difference between looking good and being strong internally.

@FuckTheLawNiggas Don't compare him with those clowns.

Yo Elliot, i totally see where your coming from but a major contributing factor to the huge gut of modern bodybuilders is the over use of Human growth hormone which grows the internal organs so much their belly can do nothing but stick out. HGH wasn't as readily available back in the Arnold days so they didn't have the opportunity to abuse HGH. Great video though, i really need to do this as i have flat feet, allergies and the duck ass lol
