Al has been working for a real estate agency for now three months, but he still hasn't sell his first appartment. His manager, Bob, comes to see what the problem is. Throughout three different situations, we will see the classic management mistakes such as the walk to talk, or the threat, before looking at different solutions to work hand-in-hand with one employee, or a group : being motivating, being involved, giving tips and trying to inspire confidence within the group.
