@petplatypus 1. just because the same guy made both these movies does not mean they are in the same universe!
2. no they are not the same machete! if they are the same machete then there would have been alot more blood shed in spy kids! yes they re played by the same actor, but the director was not inspired to make machete from spy kids, he was inspired to make it from the character in his other movie desgerado, played by the same actor
