Rebuild the Twin Towers. An American Issue

This is not a Democratic or Republican issue. This is an American issue. This video shows that Americans want to see the Twin Towers II again. The Port Authority and Government officials are still pushing with a project that everybody detests, The so-called "Freedom Tower." So much for freedom when we can't get the building that we want built.

Im 20 years old and somewhat psychologically wounded from 9/11. That's bad enough.. but the LAST THING I want to see is a building that I (like many others) don't approve of. The New World Trade Center thats currently being built at Ground Zero is a design that 93% of Americans DETEST. They dont like it at all. After 8 years of basically NOTHING at Ground Zero, the new World Trade Center has been narrowed down to two different designs: The Freedom Tower project and The Twin Towers II project. I ask you, which building would you prefer to see in NYC? I am not happy with the new Freedom Tower design. We the people should decide which World Trade Center we want and its The Twin Towers II that the majority craves. The friends and families of 9/11 victims have also chosen the Twin Towers II. They have been appearing on the news throughout the years to state that they want the Twin Towers II to stand, and that the Freedom Tower does not properly represent what we want to have memorialized. The Real Estate Investor of the Freedom Tower, Larry Silverstein, is asking the Govt for a bailout of $4 billion because he cant get anybody to help with the Freedom Tower. Reason being (IN MY OPINION) because NOBODY wants to see this design. Basically, we will be paying for a building that no American wants.. You wouldn't believe the number of people WORLDWIDE who have left comments on Youtube, Myspace, Facebook, Twitter stating that they HATE the Freedom Tower design and want the Twin Towers II design instead. This WTC decision determines the future image of this great country, and it will impact our lives and the lives of future generations and all of those in different parts of the world who come to visit NYC. The Ground Zero is still a hole with little progress made, and its NOT too late to build the Twin Towers II. If we dont rebuild the Twin Towers.. THE TERRORISTS WIN. I really dont want that.

@blissbabez13 i kind of wish nothing was being built right now, since our economy is bad and terrorists are still out there, but that's another part of the stupidity of the freedom tower! it's not only being built at all, but its being built at the wrong time! i think we should wait longer and then rebuild the twin towers, instead of just 5 years after 9/11 build the freedom tower. first off, we need to defeat the terrorists and improve the economy, then rebuild our needed twin towers!

Attention all American citizens!

The LMDC, NYC government, mayor, and port authority have been constantly asking for billions of bucks just to build something which most people, even around the world, hate! on September 11, 2012, we will all go to the wtc site and protest the the freedom tower construction and hold up signs, telling the workers the right thing to do, simply to stop with that tower nobody around the world wants in NYC, and rebuild the twin towers, better, taller, and safer!!!
