@Dcgusto9 Why don't you train for it and find out? You gotta do your max effort work don't you? Train for the contest the way you'll be doing the contest. ATG is ATG. Parallel IS full depth. You may do more because it's less bar path or you may do less because you cant get that spring back up that you can with an olympic squat. And you may do less for the simple fact that it's not how you're used to doing it.

So can anyone please tell me how much easier a paralell squat its compared to an olympic squat.I'm thinking about competing at the arnold I'm 192 an can squat 405 atg full depth so I was wondering how much I would do at parallel
