This here is a few of the arrangements that represented Fate/Stay Night. WAVE became very known throughout Japan at that time, with the help of the shoegazing Morrigan and K.Juno. I'm not aware of what this is based on, so please let me know what these arrangements were based off. It took them a long time to get to where they are now, especially with the release of ELEM_FABLE. They must've earned plenty of credit from TYPE-MOON.
