  • @senoradebbie I am an only teen in my youth group so I know how he must feel. Though I do get lonely hanging out with 30 yr olds I must say I prefer it because they all love the Lord. My sunday school teacher focuses on the Bible. We have been going through the book of romans verse by verse. And thats what I like. He is not focused on music and hanging out and stuff he is focused on me growing in the Lord and making sure I understand the Bible. and he doesn't teach this "love" garbage!

  • Mark, I would love to see some videos to go along with CC's music. I see some individuals have made some homemade ones but I really think songs like "What if His People Prayed", even though thay are not new can be new again. There is a real attraction finally for redemption in America. Your songs really touch people.

  • @UnknownServant1 Casting crowns is great, but if they are only coming for casting crowns stuff as you say. Then there is a problem there, after the casting crowns stuff as you say, you should be able to open the bible and teach. Not just making Jesus "cool". Teaching them to grow in holiness, (1 Peter) love righteousness, hate sin, deny self, etc.

  • Man, keep these videos coming. Good stuff. I am not currently a youth worker, but if God allows, I will start a youth praise team soon. The kids at this church are super talented, each in his/her own thing...but haven't united to do anything together. Where their paths cross??? Casting Crowns. They love it when I do Casting Crowns stuff at church, and I want to teach them the music that they are already into, so they can come together, and work as a team for God. Pray for us.

  • I am not a youth pastor I am a lay minister because my hubby is the pastor of the church but I ask you to pleeeease pray for our youth that consists of one young male. He hasa heart for God but he is surrounded by elderly and older adults and although He loves us and we love him , I worry he might be lonely:( Pray that God brings friends for him to our church
