Mario Kart Wii - January 2009, 1st Competition 1'57"774

January 02, 2009 - My highscore of the 17th Mario Kart Wii Nintendo Event (Competition 1 January 01-10, 2009).

The first competition of the new year. Finally the second backwards-driving time trial; this time in Toad's Factory even without any restriction :)
I had a very good run here. There are basically no real difficult tricks or jumps, but the whole race requires very advanced skills - especially if you want a sub-2'00 or better. The interesting thing is that there are some item boxes scattered on the red conveyor belts in the end of the course. I used them to cut the mud in lap 2 and 3, but maybe another strat is possible as well...
