Curiously the Church (Aquinas) was largely responsible for the establishment of universities in Europe. Something many seem to overlook.

@compsciguy Thank you. I will begin by questioning what you've written to me. But for the record, I was away from the Church for 20 years. I did not accept the Bible. But I then studied many topics related to the Catholic faith and scripture. I had many questions. And got the answers. God bless.

How do you know the Bible is true, though? Anyone can write a Bible. And you would believe every word of it, just because it's in The Bible. Sad.....question what you are told and what you read.

In the beginning God created a MAN and a WOMAN, not a male and female ape, any person or church that will tell you that we were once an ape is selling you a lie....God created us in his image, Jesus Christ was God, Jesus came in the form of a male from mary's womb and not as an ape 2000 years ago...Genesis 1:27 2:23 read the definiton of "man" and "woman" in the dictionary, you will find no mention of ape
