MEMPHIS, TN. H2O Conserv offers an environmentally-friendly alternative to washing cars the conventional way with its products iWash, iClean and iShine.
According to the Environment Protection Agency (EPA), the average homeowner uses 116 gallons of water per car wash. Since this water is then mixed with chemicals, soaps and residual oil and gas from cars that generally flow into storm drains, it contaminates rivers, lakes and streams.
Many areas of the US enforce strict water regulations, and residents in cities or apartment complexes often do not have access to a hose.
In recognition of the adverse effects of conventional car washing on the environment, and the inconvenience it presents to many car owners, Mitch Campbell and H2O Conserv´s chemical expert David Ghodoussi developed a soy based, bio-degradable non-toxic car washes that will be available on a national retail level and on QVC within the next year.
H2O Conserv is not only environmentally conscious, the company is also collaborating St. Jude´s Children`s Hospital in support of their fundraising efforts.
Both iWash and iClean are applied with a single micro-fiber towel, included with the bottle. While iWash requires about a gallon of water for its application, iClean is designed to be used with no water whatsoever. iShine is a water-based spray wax that contains no petroleum, is non-abrasive, and contains no hazardous chemicals, H20 Conserv´s convenient, cost-effective products are currently available for purchase online at www.h2oconserv.com.
