And don't we all die martyrs of some cause? It's amazing what the world has come to. Fighting over things in the name of these "gods" (i'm using that term because of the other religions as well). When honestly, we should all sit back and think to ourselves. Would they really be proud of us for all the destruction and hatred we're breeding? Don't they wish us to love? People have taken religion for granted and used it as warfare. It's horrible how we all seem to die martyrs now.

this is an intense song really, with out a depressigtone, you don't need to make things sad to make a point.

Shakira (before becoming a Fame-Whore) wrote a very similar song called How Do You Do. She also points out how people die everyday in his name, she asks God "does that make you proud, or bring you down to shame?" Quite deep. I used to love (and cry) hearing that song. I feel so impotent each day! it's like we've become martyrs even if we follow the line and all...there is always pain..in the world. is like evil is ruling this world. This makes me an agnostic..makes me want to give up!
