The next morning Ike went everywhere telling everyone who would listen that he was insulted the night before by Doc and that he would kill on sight Doc or the Earps. He was caught taking a bead on Wyatt from an alley way between Fremont and Allen on 4th street. This depection feels a bit odd - why would he need to tell everyone the threat if he was the one threatened? I am pretty sure Ike was not a wise person given the things he said to many witnesses.
