There's no really point to compare them to KISS, OK, maybe they're fans, but to me, it's more pure Heavy Metal like Judas Priest or Iron Maiden than soft Hard Rock like KISS... to me, it's far better than KISS lol

@Dekorad Actually, Ace got his nickname before he joined the band, when he was captain of a volleyball team. The fact that a member of KISS has the same name is purely coincidental.

You aren't offensive, any mature fan should accept your claim, it's only stupid fankids who get angry. Of course they were inspired by KISS, their founder Damian Hamada is a big KISS-fan. The guitarist with officer-cap is called Ace Shimizu (direct rip of Ace Frehley). Then again, the music is different and KISS was inspired by kabuki. Many bands in Japan have been inspired by KISS, that's a fact but it doesn't make SEIKIMA-II or other bands any worse. Everyone is inspired by something.
