Cowboy and a beginner rider - notice how steady he is even though another horse is cantering and gaiting around him. Cowboy is a registered Tiger Horse. He is no longer for sale, we are keeping him.

  • ok thats not very good riding AND u shouldnt have the dogs out when someones riding!!!!what if the dogs got stepped on or what if the horse bucked or reared and he got thrown off-u might say ur horse would NEVER do that but if u knew anything about horses then u would know that ALL horses can get scared easily.

  • I was just checking out this video because I wanted to find out more about "Tiger Horses".

When I saw your comment I had to respond because it's indicative of horse-person silliness. Trust me, if dogs are around horses all the time, they know to get out of the way. My friend's dog always tags along her on the trails and is just fine. My family raised American Shetland ponies and dalmatians. The dogs were always around the ponies -- again no fatal tramplings occurred. Lighten up.

  • Yep, that's right, the dogs learn to get out of the way...I've never had one trampled and no one's ever been thrown off of a horse because the dog scared them..our horses are used to dogs, they live with 5 of them.

  • I guess your horses aren't used to dogs. Mine are. I guess if all you ever do is ride in an arena and keep your horses in a safe "bubble" you won't need to expose them to dogs. Do you even own horses??
