Harry & Voldemort: Defeat You

Anyway, well, i admit that I struggled to match lyrics with scenes but in the end I believe that every lyric got a clip that made sense to use in that spot except one line "fix those brakes"

I decided to use little scenes of important concepts in the book such as the horcruxes, I used the diary and the fake locket. I used Lucius Malfoy, and showed Naigini. I used the Death Mark to symbolize death, murder actually. The death eaters where included, well because every villain needs good minions, no well actually because it was the death eaters who got their hands dirty in several instinces and they were acting on Voldemort's orders. I included the unicorn blood, the horcruxes, and the sorcerer's stone because through those three items/ things/whatever you'd like to call them, Voldemort tried to achieve immortality and immortality was the driving force behind everything Voldemort did. There are a lot of little important details in this video so just pay attention.

So I decided to use clips from all Harry potter films and the Harry Potter and the deathly hallows trailer. I did not use Harry potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban because there was no Voldemort or Tom Marvolo Riddle, or anything that is relevant to what is in this video in that film.

I really wanted to use three voiceovers but they were too low and just couldn't be heard no matter how hard I tried. I wanted to include harry mentioning that in the end one will have to kill the other because neither can live while the other survives. I also wanted to include Harry wondering if he has become evil through the link between himself and Voldemort, that was when I had intended in vidding the wholse song. Lastly I wanted the video to end with Harry shouting "Expelliarmus" and Voldemort "Aveda Kedavra"

My computer was being difficult throughout the whlve viddong process. Screen goes black every couple minutes. Frustrating, but I guess that's what a virus does. So there are some beats that where skipped and there are some extra beats I threw in..... Some of my fade out to black/ fade in to black can't even be see probably because the clips was already dark or something... Anyway, not my best video but definately not my worse LOL I Finally acquired a decent amount of harry potter clips some which I've never had before so I lost some when the virus came and took the codecs but I gained some new ones I've always wanted to use soon after. I used clips I had never used in this video

"I know where you're from" w/ the memories, such an excellent match. Some of the matching was odd but somehow it worked, which is really cool. I totally adore Harry Potter and this gets me jazzed up for the 7th movie! I loved the end b/c it really sums up the struggle between Harry and Voldemort and it's too bad that the audio wouldn't work b/c that would've made it SO powerful! For the 1st time in my life I feel like the movies did the books justice, just based on watching this video, lol!
