Sorry, let me add an example about (Dark) Willow.

See "The long way home", part 3: Dawn meets Willow (which is temporary "Dark") after a long time and is very nonchalant about this, like she (Dawn) consider it only a minor detail. Dawn says to Willow: "We totally have to talk." And only after that she asks: "Are you evil again?" without any apparency of being worried.

Two remarks: Fray says only "one half" slayer, not "one and a half".

And I strongly suspect that in Joss' mind Willow and "Dark Willow" are *exactly* the same person: they think the same way, they have to same goals, they act the same way and they feel the same way. They just look different.

Maybe I'm wrong (time will tell), but I think that one of the themes of this season is the merging in the same character of the two faces, until there will be only one complex and complete face: Willow.

why the hell dont they put lil reminders or something at the top of the box that lets u know that the beginning of the comic is taking place a few hrs back or whatever, things switch so much you dont know where you are, they should always add lil * to let u know where you are

Funny you mention that the Madwoman could have been Dru. That's what I was thinking too. I thought Dark Willow was done and over; she's ascended and all that (which I disagree with but anyway...). Still sporting the Ren Faire wardrobe though even way off into the future. Even Dark Willow needs a stylist.
