i sleep. or mutter to myself and have an arguement with myself and THEN think of something witty to say to the person who annoyed me, because it's usually a person (or people) that have irritated my happiness. matching!!

When I get back from school and it has been a bad day I make some tea and watch a film like High Scool Musical, Bratz or one of the other awfull films own by my sister XD
