WDrT=Tv presents another of Tom Foster's MIDTOWN HERITAGE Films in our PSA series to the community as we document the continuing loss of local culture and family oriented institutions to national corporate interests in a once thriving area of town after being weakened by two decades of abysmal city leadership in conjunction with badly compromised "so-called preservationists" that are much more adept at saving dollars for self-preservation than saving historic sites and buildings, all the while milking the cultural community and avoiding contributing their fair share of taxes as they funnel tax dollars through their corporations with political and contractor assistance to erect future section 8 housing under the guise of present day historic preservation that buries an area's original identity with superficiality at the cost of the human scale and condition.
