dude, there is nothing money can't buy...and definitely enenmies come at interesting prices these days.....terrorists are nothing more than a local violent mob, which we know how to corrupt and manage...why are we the only attacking allied country that was never bombed by al qaeda? its simple: we got the mafia to control the territory. no police controls better than the mafia. thus corruptin terrorists is fine, as long as all the other allied armies do that.
