its so true. it so embarrassing that some palauan recruiter would do that to our own people. enough said. its just so wrong. i'm totally against it. its so American of the Palauan recruiters, so Un Palauan. so... disgusting. but people should know the consequences of their actions before they act so they can decide what do do. its fault on more than one part, how unfortunate
