This is why adequate education on drugs needs to be taught. dumb cop doesn't even know what he's getting himself into. that's how people hurt themselves with drugs. they are illiterate in the facts and affects. media and people just tell you. "don't do drugs. drugs are bad. This is your brain, this is your brain on drugs"..drugs have been used and are going to be used in the world. they need to start giving all around facts on All drugs, and not no "just say no" propaganda to our society.
