Hey guys! The witch is back, Winnie that is! I really hope you enjoy this tutorial. Hocus Pocus holds a special place in my heart and I worked really hard to make this video as good as possible. Let me know your favorite Halloween movies in the comments below. I'd love to hear! : )

If you notice in the video I altered the names of the products to fit Winnie and her potions. The real names are listed below as well as what I called them in the video. You don't have to have the same products I used. Similar colors will give you the same outcome. : )

Foundation/Contour:
Revlon Colorstay in 110 Ivory
Mac Studio Fix Powder in NC 25
NYX Blush in Taupe
It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer

Eyes:
Urban Decay's Primer Potion
Inglot Eyeshadow Matte 363 (Verveine)
Wet N Wild Color Icon Vanity Palette Matte Camel Color (Eye of Toad)
Wet N Wild Color Icon Vanity Palette Matte Ivory Color (Dead Man's Toe)
Mac Eyeshadow in Dark Edge (Hemlock Root)
Mac Eyeshadow in Blanc Type (Mugwort)
Migi Black Liquid Eyeliner
L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara in Carbon Black (Satan's Wax haha)
Revlon Lash Flares Individual Eyelashes

Cheeks:
Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush in Soft Plum

Lips:
Hard Candy Camouflage Concealer in Light
Mac Lipstick in Diva

To further explain the homemade hair rat: I used a pair of pantyhose, stuffed cotton balls in the toes and tied them off. I cut off the excess and then hot glued them to a thin headband.
