Our journey starts - as every journey should - with something to satisfy our hunger, as well as delight our senses. Why are gourmet food connoisseurs from around the UK and beyond flocking to East London?

  • About 8 months ago I started a "vegan experiment" for health reasons and out of curiosity . Now, watching this video, still following a vegan lifestyle, I realize I have absolutely no desire to return to my old eating habits. My good health and happiness are back. I feel too good to give it up. I made the connection and I'm now wanting to tell the world -- if you haven't yet tried it, give your body and soul a real treat by taking the vegan challenge for a month. You'll be amazed.

  • @ZihMex Great work! You can see our Vegan Pledge at vegansociety,dot,com/veganpledge.

  • Thank you! With Making the Connection - fine dining, amazing athletes, bouncing babies & more, we inspiring non-vegans in 8 Chapters - IF YOU persuade non-vegans to watch it :-)

So please share the link to our Youtube channel with friends & family. Do tell us too - what are non-vegans saying about 'Making the Connection'? Where have you shared it?

  • @sgdkrs I want to marry a vegan. Even if he's the worst cook, I can make us something delicious!

  • @Seedr0 It's 148 and 0 now! :)

  • @VideosforiTunes The only way people are going to stop getting odd looks is if enough people don't shy away from saying, "I'm vegan." I used to because I didn't want a stringe of questions or a barrage of 'Know-it-alls' telling me I need to eat meat to be healthy. I know from personal experience this is nonsense so if anyone tells me that, I just ask them, "So, explain how I've not eaten any animal flesh for 35 years and I'm healthy. Explain." It knocks the wind out of their sails.

  • I posted this vid on my fb-wall, hope, some will watch it and start to think. I´m absolutely proud to be a vegan!

  • I've been Vegan on and off for many years now. I struggled in the past to maintain the Veganism because it was often difficult to get certain foods or find specific products without getting a very odd look from the shopkeeper!

That's all changed now, and getting everything I need is a breeze - from every day items, toiletries and clothing through to a sandwich at work and a gorgeous 3-course meal in a classy restaurant. I feel fantastic and look much healthier too!

  • you guys do an excellent job!! that food looked awesome btw, i wish i lived around there to try it out...
