Thai version of Jimmy Swaggart giving a sermonette. I couldn't really understand most of it but he said something like we need to think about others, not just ourselves. Then something about about it's time to think about Thailand. And something about having a 'good heart' - which is a common Thai term that means something like being compassionate.
Thailand's 99% Buddhist. The missionaries keep working on them but the Thais mostly ignore them. Or they figure Jesus is like Buddha and will happily go to church one day and then off to the Buddhist temple the next, seeing no contradiction between the two.
In the U.S. it's common to see bumper stickers or decals advertising one's religious affiliation or beliefs. I found it interesting that in Thailand all the religious regalia and identifying marks were inside the vehicles instead. But part of that is because they tend to believe that amulets and things actually protect against accidents.
