China Supporters Discuss Tibet at Olympic Torch Protest SF

Survey Nation goes to the streets of San Francisco during the April 9, 2008 disrupted Olympic Torch Relay to get the story you won't see on CNN, FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC, or any mainstream media. We talked directly to the people who were there about the important issues raised by the upcoming Summer Games in Beijing, shooting over two and a half hours of video.

In order to give you the best possible coverage, we will be presenting a series of shows from this event that focus on a variety of topics including the policies and practices of the Chinese government, human rights, the crises in Tibet and Darfur, a potential US boycott, the politicization of the Olympic games, and, most importantly, the American right to free speech. We will let the people speak for themselves on the important issues that matter most to them.

We understand that these issues are highly emotional and potentially divisive, but we encourage you to view each episode in the spirit of worldwide harmony, openness, and diversity that is at the heart of Olympic ideals.

In this episode, Survey Nation speaks directly to China supporters at the Olympic Torch Relay in San Francisco who vehemently defend their country and the controversy over Tibet. They present a historical view on the origins of the Tibet crisis that significantly contrasts with those normally held by the Free Tibet movement. Also,Liberating means the people of the country (or foriegn power help the rebels to) build new country or goverment. You will know true liberation , If you watch Libya.

All china did was colonising Tibet in order to use their minerals.So what, if they kill one person, you will kill hundreds of them and send them to jail.Chinese goverment did no even show the information that Tibetians started the riot.

Also Many chinese people say they helped tebit a lot and educated them.

Where the hell is that billion dollars help, did you see tebitian capital.It did not change since Dalai Lama left the country.

Where is that billion dollar plan to develop tebit, last time i saw tebitian news, there was not a single new building.

Where is that educating system, more than half of tebits dont know what is happing in the world.
