@heymac99 Mayer is one of the best guitar players out there right now. You definitely have not a clue what your talking about. You think your so deep just because you listen to Emmylou Harris?

Vintage, you're drunk. Lanois is in a different league from Mayer. Mayer's version is lifeless; his voice is boring and his guitar playing is cliche. To say Lanois has no guitar skills is pure baffoonery. Enjoy your teenie-bop music but don't listen to this stuff if you can't handle a little depth.

@MisterGris Wow! Two years already. I would still have to agree with my past self. I really don't like the Edge, although he's good at what he does (DELAY DELAY DELAY) I think he is terribly overrated.

Saw this album at a garage sale for a quarter. Like an idiot, I passed on it because it was missing the back sleeve.
Great stuff. I'll have to bite the bullet & buy the whole album online.
