  • Did it just start the car?!! that's awesome! would you recommend this for a Suzuki swift 2008?

  • @MrCJ1988

Yes it starts the car, all you need to do is insert the key to the on position(ii) and drive away. I would recommend this system for any car! Viper/DEI makes a variety of remote start & alarm systems.

  • @acurabmw wow I am seriously considering getting one, are there different types that I have to choose? and will I need to bring my original key at all to start driving or is the Viper sufficient enough to star cruising around? what I like most about it is that it look like a high-end item to me, lol not sure how it is in reality while holding it though.

  • @MrCJ1988

The model I have is the 5701 and it is a 2way remote start & alarm. They have others if you check out their web site. You still need your original key to drive away otherwise the car will shut down. This way no one can steal it while you are starting or warming up the car. DEI makes other brands such as Clifford and Python that are the same system but the remotes look a little different.

  • I'm actually getting this model installed tomorrow in my car, it looks amazing! :) I can't wait! I hope all of the features that you have shoes will be installed! Good vid!

  • your neighbors must love you. thanks for the vid~!

  • Sick.

  • lot of stickies on the license plate

  • @acurabmw

    Thanks that help!!

  • @realamerican2580

When the car is started the heat or ac will come as normal to whatever setting you left it at. The car can be locked so no one can get in but if they do they can't drive away with out the key turned to the on position, other wise the car will shut off. It comes with a shock sensor that can be adjusted (sensitivity) by your installer.

  • @acurabmw

just wonder when start the AC/heat mode, does the car still in the lock position to secure the car from someone to open it? and does it has a shock senser when someone hit the car?

  • haha my mom has a 2003 MDX sports touring, if she didn't have the OEM security, she'd get this! But I think I want this for my cb7!!!!

  • The panic one makes me laugh every time. lmao.

  • Sorry for the mistake but the command for run time remaining is actually: Press the Function button 3 times and then hold Function button.
