Bentonite Products Pty Ltd has now completed the establishment of a new purpose designed Fine Grind Bentonite Processing Plant.
Included in the plant is a purpose designed Raymond 54" Fine Grind Mill complete with twin classifier, Additive mixing and dosing systems, additional bulk storage and paper sack--bulka bag bagging systems.
To support this expansion, the plant and equipment is also housed in a recently constructed new Bulk Crudes and finished goods storage building with a floor area of over 1600 square metres.
This new facility has been purposely designed to produce a broad range of fine grind bentonite products to supply a diverse range of markets such as Civil Engineering; Drilling Fluids for the Seismic and Drilling Industry; Foundry and broad Industrial an Agricultural applications.
From this, products can be produced to conform to specific customer and market requirements.
All products produced can be packaged either in bulka bags and multi sized paper sacks. A purpose built bulk out loading facility is capable of supplying product in bulk form if required.
