considering there's no genre called prog dub, I would assume that the reason he's named it that way is because of the progression of the set, slowly building up, which is, in effect - exactly what all forms of true progressive genres is.

There is such a thing as Progressive Dubstep, but trust me, it is HARD to find such examples. Pretty much a dubstep track with the same progressive sound and atmosphere as those found in Progressive Trance and Progressive House is what a Progressive Dubstep track would be.
