Stokeley was a pathetic, loser, seeking attention.

@animalliberation0961 And she wasn't as pathetic as MacDonald was...

@singpraise247 Yes you can tell when something has been stained with blood before being torn. If you take the torn pieces and put the item back together and the edges of the stain match perfectly - as was done in this case with the pajama top pocket.

Also springs can be broken while still being ON something. Duh. They look fine but don't work!!!!!

I think it is crazy they think only a spouse/family member will kill their family.. That is not true and their facts are way off with the percentage. Plenty of people murder, rape etc total strangers. All the time! This is very absurd that someone would stab their own selves in the stomach etc.. Maybe he did do it..however.. Police need to do better work. And frankly that lady looks crazier than a loon and possessed as they come. People on drugs kill people all the time.

@jksonny Ok seriously. You can' tell if there was blood on something BEFORE it was torn!!!!

looks like a brand new spring to me..

I originally stated that Berni Segal didn't do such a great job, then, "As if all defense attorneys are doing god's work and doing it well" and then that "Not all defense attorneys are all that."
So, it's quite clear that I've never stated that all defense attorneys suck, or - the words you orginally put in my mouth - that defendants are not entitled to representation.
-
@Crayzeehappee You suppose wrong about what I believe. I just don't believe that all criminal defense attorneys are "all that". Some are out to make a buck, some just plain suck at what they do and some are wrong. And, yes, some care and are good.
it's too late to claim you don't are what I think after you've hit the post button.

@Gwyka Please get over YOURSELF. Someone who's being brought to trial has the constitutional RIGHT to have an attorney. Defense attorneys stand up for these individuals, & for this constitutional right. If they didn't, people indicted for crimes would have NO ONE to defend them in a court of law, whether guilty or innocent. But I suppose you believe people accused of crime don't deserve defending, & the constitution is garbage. Never mind, I've already decided I don't care what you think
so was his wife blood on the pajama top?

@ad8369 Yes, in large quantities. Also, analysis showed that Colette's blood was on the pj top before it was torn, further disproving MacDonald's story.

Stokeley was just inserting herself into the story. Some people are so pathetic, they'll do that.

@gotch09 You're right. Helena was just desperate for attention and her "confessions" are a joke. They vary widely, they don't match the crime scene, and they don't even match MacDonald's version of events.

I wonder why he stabbed his wife after he threw the top over her.
stackleft 1 year ago
@stackleft He was probably trying to explain why it was so bloody. Later, when he stabbed her with the icepick, he either forgot about the top (it was very dark) or simply figured it wouldn't matter.
