500m Row
5 rounds of 5 burpees, 10 pushups, 15 squats
Repeat all the above for 3 rounds
25 min event cap
Event 2
Bodyweight Low bar prowler push for distance
5 min event cap
Event 3
1 mile run
20 wall ball
10 chin ups / pull ups
20 box jumps
15 push press with 30kg
Looks fun. Looks like 1/8 the warm up for a wrestler
