That's common. Rob Swire from Pendulum had exactly the same problem, but he just cancelled out the noise post recording. You can get a taste of what this synth is capable of by listening to Pendulums first album "Hold Your Colour". It is the most recent album to use it extensively... I think.
Yes, it has the absolutely best arpiggeator available, as it is holds the tone without running the trig when you hold f.ex. the keynote. It has probably been used by many vrtuoses to fool you on fast solo playing ;)
