2001-02 vs NYI(2) Scott Niedermayer Goal

This game would go to overtime, and the Devils would score, but not without a little controversy.

Scott Gomez picks up the loose puck off the faceoff and gets the puck to Scott Niedermayer at the blueline. Niedermayer rips a shot that beats Chris Osgood to give the Devils the 3-2 win! Mike Peca's contention was that he was interfered with, but it fell on deaf ears and the Devils came out with the win!
